On the whole, I really enjoyed this book. It was humourous and led to some embarrassing moments on the train when I chuckled to myself. It is also written in a style that is engaging and thought-provoking. I especially loved the last chapter about the tribe and their way of life.
Now…there was one chapter that I kind-of-completely skipped. I really couldn’t wrap my head around the concept she was trying to explain and that concept was the central theme for that whole chapter. I jumped ahead a few pages but I still couldn’t get it. I decided to go against my bookish pet peeve and just skip the whole DANG chapter. I’m glad I did because the remainder of the book was lovely and saved itself from getting thrown out my window.
